Kate Walden
Kate Walden and Lyne Alive (Syd) are an up and coming team as of 2016 show year. Kate purchased Syd and was able to compete in 4-H as well as AQHA, NRHA and NRCHA. At the 2016 Colorado State Fair Kate and Syd won the Versatility Ranch Horse Level II saddle. Along with winning the saddle Kate also has other accomplishments through the Douglas County 4-H horse program. Kate plans on competing through the rest of her youth along with completing a foal training program for AQHA containing a scholarship opportunity after graduation. As a Junior in high school she has many more goals for the 2017 show season. Kate plans to show at the 2017 AQHYA World show with Syd as well as competing on A Nifty Cutta in the Western All-around events and Poco Velvet Cat in Reining and Working Cowhorse.
